Now that our social impact has grown and we have become the most widely used taxi‑hailing service in Japan, connecting our business growth to solving social challenges across the country is not only our responsibility but also our promise to everyone.
To realize this vision, we will focus on delivering value to society through three key pillars.
1. Accelerating the Evolution of Mobility as an E-hail App Pioneer
GO has supported approximately 500 million taxi rides to date. Building on the technology we have developed and refined, and backed by our strong nationwide network of taxi operators, we will further accelerate the creation of new value. We aim to be a driving force behind the continued evolution of mobility in Japan—creating a future where users, drivers, and operators can all look to a better future with mobility.
2. Upgrading to a Sustainable Industrial Foundation that Supports the Next Generation
We will build a sustainable, next-generation industrial foundation through the implementation of autonomous driving and initiatives for Green Transformation (GX). By investing the power entrusted to us by everyone into where society needs it most, and utilizing our proprietary technology to reduce the burdens associated with change, we will create a sustainable ecosystem for the future. This commitment is precisely what it means for us, as a private company, to shoulder the social role of bearing a part of the social infrastructure, and it represents our determination.
3. Supporting Individual Lives and Building a Society Where Everyone Can Live with Peace of Mind
By applying our network and expertise, GO will create value that contributes to people's safety and peace of mind in everyday life.
